Dear faculty advisors, sponsors, delegates, ladies, and gentlemen:
“To deny people their human rights is to challenge humanity.” -Nelson Mandela.

The Social, Cultural and Humanitarian committee is fundamental to guarantee the Human Rights are being used as the main weapon to keep the world in peace, regardless cultural and social matters and as well respecting always sovereignty for all countries. A model united nations is always an opportunity to learn more about current issues affecting worldwide and prepare ourselves to be the future leaders of the world, and this is why we are expecting all of our delegates to deeply prepare in each topic in order to achieve together viable resolutions that will represent a fruitful result to the different ideas of all of the delegations we’re going to have in this honorable committee.
Dedication, commitment and preparation are the key to achieve success, and this is why we invite all of you to start researching and preparing as soon as possible so that we will have a fluent debate where everyone will respectfully show off their positions and be able to find the most convenient solution to the conflicts presented for their delegation’s interests, not disregarding the United Nations main goals and focusing always in making this a better world at any cost. Please feel free to contact us if you have any doubt or suggestion about the model, the committee or topics at the email firstname.lastname@example.org so president Salcedo and I will be happy to listen about it and help you in everything we can.
